Booking Terms and Conditions

When making a payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • To make an appointment please contact via email or phone.
  • Prior to the appointment please make sure you have made the payment at least 48 hours before the session. If the payment has not been received a day before the session, bookings will be cancelled. If this is the case please contact us to book a new appointment. (Payments can be made through debit card and credit card)
  • If the appointment has been created and the payment has gone through, you have options to reschedule the session (two days before) or cancel the appointment. However if you cancel the appointment you won’t receive a refund.
  • If you wish to change your counselling session hour, you need to contact 2 days before your session. Based on the availability of the slots, the session can be rescheduled. If you fail to inform within 48 hours before the appointment, you will unfortunately have to make the payment.
  • When the counsellor cancels the appointment a full refund will be made to the client.
  • The date and the hour of the session can be changed by the counsellor.
  • 4 sessions package (monthly): If you wish to cancel your monthly package, based on the date we are notified, you can receive a refund of the remaining sessions.
